the apartment is about 110 m2 and comprises of one double bedroom,
one twin-bedded room, a large living/dining room with a sofa bed and
TV, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, gas cooker and oven )
and a recently refurbished bathroom with bath and shower. We can
comfortably accommodate 4+2 persons.
Bedding: bedding, kitchen
linen and towels are supplied and included in rental price.
Heating: the heating is centrally controlled
for the whole apartment block and is switched on between the months
of November and April.
Accessibility: with its central location, the
apartment is within close walking distance of underground/subway
Line A “Lepanto” station and bus stops for both regional
and national lines (about 400 mt.). In the parallel street, "Via
Cola di Rienzo" there is a busy shopping centre, including a
supermarket and under cover market.
Access for the disabled: although the apartment
is on the third floor, there is a lift available. However, the
entrance to the lift is narrow and NOT accessible to wheelchairs.
There are also 4 steps leading from the lift to the front door.
Prices:
rates are economical for this location, and vary above and below 100
euros per day depending upon season, number of guests and lenght of
stay.
The cost of gas, water, electricity, heating and final cleaning is included in rental charges.
Lenght
of stay: The apartment is let for a minimum 3 nights stay
till a maximum of 3 months stay.
A weekly change of the linen and a weekly cleaning are included in the price.
Start - end of the stay: You can arrive in any day of the week, from 14.00 / 2.00 p.m. till 22.00 / 10.00 p.m.; on the day of departure, You have lo leave within 10.30 a.m. unless otherwise agreed (to allow for final cleaning).
By car: You don't need the car in this area because It's very central and well connected. Therefore, if You come by car please be advised that the apartment has not a reserved place for the car and the parking in the streets is to be paid from monday to saturday,from 8.00 to 20.00, 1 euro per hour.
Also
there are very small free areas and the cost of the closest garage
is about 25,00 euros per day.
