APARTMENT IN ROME  FOR RENTAL

We have available a high quality apartment in a period building in the center of Rome. This apartment belonged to our family since 1941: You will live Your holiday like real Romans in a genuine home in one of the most central, served and lively districts in Rome!

Located in 'Prati' district, It is just a few minutes walk to the Vatican (about 900 mt.).

This location is an excellent starting point for visiting most of attractions in Rome, even walking, like Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, the Coliseum.......

Details: the apartment is about 110 m2 and comprises of one triple bedroom (1 double bed, queen size, cm 190 x 160 + 1 single bed, cm 190 x 80), one twin-bedded room, a large living/dining room with satellite TV free to air,  a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans etc.) and a recently refurbished bathroom with a large shower. Limitless internet wireless, italian mobile phone, tourist information, maps, guides and suggestions  are available for guests.
We can  comfortably accommodate up to 5 persons.

Bedding: bedding, kitchen linen and towels are supplied and included in rental price.

Heating: the heating is centrally controlled for the whole apartment block and is switched on between the months of November and April.

Accessibility: with its central location, the apartment is within very close walking distance of underground/subway Line A “Lepanto” station and buses stops (about 400 mt.). In the parallel street, "Via Cola di Rienzo" there is a busy shopping centre, including a supermarket and under cover market.

Access for the disabled: the apartment is on the third floor and there is a lift available. However, the entrance to the lift is narrow and NOT accessible to wheelchairs. There are also 4 steps to reach the entrance of the apartment.

Prices and services: this apartment has an excellent relationship quality/price: rates vary above and below 100 euros per night depending upon season, number of guests and length of stay.

All the costs of gas, water, electricity, heating, fans, internet wireless connection, and final cleaning are included in rental charges except for tourist tax (3,50 euros per person, per night, except for children up to 10 years old, due for max 10 nights).  
On demand We can book the transfers from/to the airports at very convenient price to be paid directly to the driver.

Length of stay:  The apartment is let for a minimum 5 nights stay in low season till a maximum of 30 nights.

Start - end of the stay: You can arrive in any day of the week, from 14.00 / 2.00 p.m. till 22.00 / 10.00 p.m.; on the day of departure, You should leave within 10.30 a.m. unless otherwise agreed (to allow for final cleaning).

By car: You don't need the car in this area because It's very central and well connected. Therefore, if You come by car please be advised that the apartment has not a reserved place for the car and parking in the area is to be paid from monday to saturday, from 8.00 to 20.00, 1 euro per hour, forfait 4,00 euros for 8 hours. The cost of the closest garage is about 30,00 euros per day.  By the way, if You come by car I can help you to find a park place in the area and assist you in paying the fee for the first time.

Prices, Terms and Conditions

According to the tourist regional law, the apartment is let for a minimum 5 nights stay till a maximum 30 nights stay.

You can arrive in any day of the week, from 14.00 hours/ 2.00 p.m. till 22.00/ 10.00 p.m..

Please choose a flight that is expected to land within 20.00 / 8 p.m..

On the day of departure, the apartment must be left within 10.30 a.m. unless otherwise agreed.

Rates vary above and below 100 euros per day depending on season, number of guests and length of stay. The final price is agreed with guests via e-mail. 

This price includes all services (gas, electricity, water, heating, fans, internet wi-fi, use of an italian mobile phone), bed and kitchen linen, towels, final cleaning.  During the stay the change of linen and cleaning are  responsibility of the tenant, in accordance with regional law.

Payment: about 20% of the total should be paid in advance on booking, by means of a bank transfer or via Paypal for countries out of the euro area. The balance is to be paid in cash, on arrival.

As soon as we receive your booking via e-mail, we will send you our bank details or Paypal request to allow you to transfer the funds, but the booking will only be considered as binding once we have received an email with your  confirmation  that funds have been transferred.

Cancellation policy: Please be advised that this deposit is refundable via bank transfer with all costs to yourselves or Via Paypal, if You communicate the cancellation within 45 days before the day of arrival. Otherwise, this deposit is not refundable.

Also, We regret we cannot make any refunds or reductions if you are unable to start your holiday on the day and time reserved due to illness, delays or personal reasons. Similarly no refunds can be made if you have to cut short your holiday.

You are strongly advised to take holiday insurance to cover you against loss, accidents and accidental damage to the property as we cannot accept responsibility for any death, injury or illness suffered.
